So sad to see that so many Sure Start centres are having to close due to cuts. They provide a vital lifeline to some families in need providing parents with information and advice about health, education, childcare and employment, particularly in disadvantaged areas.
According to this BBC news report, parents are at risk of being misled by “manipulative marketing campaigns” regarding children’s snacks.
